VOLLEYBALL with highly durable and ideal for intensive outdoor or school training use. The outer cover is made from 0.5–0.7 mm TPU/PU synthetic leather with a dimple-embossed texture, ensuring strong grip and long-lasting surface performance. Inside the cover, the ball is reinforced with 2-ply polyester/cotton backing layers, each between 120–160 GSM, providing excellent strength while keeping the overall weight balanced. For air retention and shape stability, we use a thin-gauge butyl bladder (0.15–0.20 mm), which maintains consistent pressure during extended practice sessions. This combination of materials allows the ball to reliably meet the official Size 5 , making it a perfect choice for clubs, academies, and professional training environments.
